CARTMEL HOUSE
IS FULLY AIR-CONDITIONED WITH THE ADDED BENEFIT OF FANS IN
EVERY ROOM
THE GREAT ROOM:
A large airy room tastefully decorated with fitted ceiling fan, and large
three and four seater sofas, plus other seating. A full Entertainment Center
consists of Cable TV, Video & DVD player, and Hi-Fi system, with numerous
films, music, books and board games suitable for all the family. We have also
left numerous booklets, brochures, maps and discount coupons all for your
convenience.
KITCHEN: There
is a large fully equipped kitcheor your vaion. . KITCHEN:
There is a large fully equipped kitchen, including full cooker, fridge/freezer
with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal and all the pots, pans and
utensils including juicer, coffee maker, toaster and blender, everything you may
need for your vacation. There is also a breakfast bar with further seating.
Utility room:
There is a separate utility room with a large washing machine, dryer, ironing
board and iron.
NOOK:
The nook offers an informal dining area with table and chairs, and opens onto
the lanai and pool deck via patio doors.
UPPER HALL:
Computer with free internet access and printer is provided for guest use.
MASTER
BEDROOM:
Situated on the first floor, the King size master bedroom has a beautiful four
poster bed fitted with a most comfy pillow top mattress. It has more than
ample storage, cable TV and ceiling fan for those warmer months. Off the
master bedroom is a luxury en-suite, and a large walk-in closet.
MASTER EN-SUITE:
This bathroom has a large walk in shower, roman style bath,
his and hers vanity basins and
toilet. Through the bathroom there is a large walk in wardrobe with ample
hanging space.
2ND
MASTER BEDROOM:
Located on the ground floor a Queen size bedroom with en-suite bathroom. It
has its own cable TV, video, ceiling fan and walk-in closet. Patio doors lead
directly to the lanai and pool deck with excellent views over the fairway.

2nd MASTER EN-SUITE:
This bathroom has direct access from the Queen downstairs bedroom.
3rd BEDROOM:
A delightful twin room which also has its own cable TV/video and ceiling fan,
again there is plenty of storage space
4th BEDROOM:This
Children’s themed bedroom with Disney characters, has a triple bunk to
accommodate three children or two adults. It has a MICKEY TV and DVD player,
and ceiling fan. We have also installed an X-BOX games console with numerous
games for all the family, and a selection of toys. Again there is ample
storage.
The family Bathroom: This bathroom is situated between bedroom
three and four on the first floor.
POOL:A large
private pool with water feature, with a backdrop of trees and shrubs, and
beyond this is beautiful views of the second fairway. Many pool toys and
inflatables are provided for your enjoyment. DECKING:An extended
south facing deck area around the pool, with a good variety of upgraded patio
furniture, ideal to relax and take in the sun. We have recently installed a
HOT TUB
and there is
also a gas BBQ for guests to use. Florida Glass has been fitted to the pool
cage for added privacy! LANAI:A covered
area by the pool with luxury table and chairs where you can shelter from the
suns ray’s and cool down under the ceiling fan, while watching the golfers and
local wildlife.
GAMES ROOM:
Consists of a Football table, Electronic Basketball Shootout, and a 21
different games Electronic Dartboard, all offering endless hours of FUN
BABY EQUIPEMENT:
In the villa we have a cot/crib, high chair, car seat and two strollers.
All towels, linen and 2 hair dryers are provided, plus we
have a safe installed for your valuables, and computer with internet access.
All local telephone calls are FREE of charge and international calls are at very
competitive rates. The villa has air conditioning and heating, and installed
with an alarm for peace of mind. Our management company is on hand 24hrs
should you need them.
