DISCOUNTS are available for stay of 15 nights or more, or bookings with less
than 4 weeks to the arrival date.
PAYMENTS
Non refundable Booking Deposit - £150/$250 per week.
Balance
is due no later than 8 week before your arrival date.
You are required to
pay a refundable security deposit of £150 or $250 against damages, which is due
with the balance. If however, you pay by credit card, you will not need to pay
the security deposit as we will have your card details on file.
We
accept payments by UK Cheques, US Check or a US$ payment by credit card via our
management company who charge an admin fee of 2.9%
Price changes are effective from 1st June 2007.
